Majestic Oaks is seeking a RN Clinical Educator with SNF experience to lead staff education, onboarding, and ongoing competency programs across the facility. You will coordinate state and federal training, maintain education and employee health files, conduct rounds, and partner with nursing leadership to safeguard resident safety and care quality.

Qualifications

• Must pass Level 2 background screening through the Florida Clearinghouse.
• Ability to perform essential functions with or without accommodations.
• Physical requirements may include lifting and frequent movement, up to 50 pounds.
• English reading, writing and verbal communication required.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsabilités

• Develop yearly educational calendar including state/federal requirements and organize orientation and in-service sessions.
• Enforce organizational policies and standards of care.
• Conduct pre-hire screening and oversee new hire orientation and competency checklists.
• Conduct rounds to evaluate resident condition, environmental standards, and staff performance.
• Maintain education and health records and coordinate flu vaccination programs.
