Job summary

Enhance Rehabilitation is seeking a qualified Speech Language Pathologist to join our growing team. You will evaluate and treat patients by following an individualized plan of care based on initial evaluation, within a SNF setting.

You will communicate with patients, families, and other treatment team members, gather patient information, and monitor progress as part of regular care delivery.

Qualifications

• Master's or doctoral degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Licensed or eligible for licensure as an SLP in Illinois (state requirements apply).
• Experience administering standardized speech-language assessments and conducting swallowing evaluations.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients according to an individualized plan of care.
• Provide patient care in a SNF setting with strong written and verbal communication.
• Collaborate with families and the treatment team to exchange patient information and progress.
