Enhance Rehabilitation is seeking a qualified Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. You will evaluate and treat patients by following an individualized plan of care after evaluations, ensuring high-quality patient care within a SNF setting.

You will collaborate with patients, families, and the treatment team, applying standardized assessments and swallowing evaluations, and monitoring patient progress to adjust treatment plans as needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to provide patient care in a SNF setting.
• Strong written, oral and interpersonal communication with patients, families and treatment team.
• Experience with administering standardized speech-language assessments, swallowing evaluations, and developing treatment plans.
