Job summary

ConnectedHealth is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a day shift at a long-term care facility. Earn up to $1,700 per week on a 3x12 schedule with rotating weekends.

You will provide compassionate care to residents and support families, while administering medications and monitoring patient conditions. Ideal candidates hold an Iowa (or compact) LPN license, CPR/BLS certification, and at least one year of LTC experience.

Qualifications
