Job summary

Talented Medical Solutions is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a 13-week contract in Decorah, Iowa, working night shifts (8-hour shifts) totaling 40 hours per week in a Long Term Care facility.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of LTC experience, an Iowa LPN license (or compact license if applicable), and current BLS certification. Strong clinical and documentation skills and the ability to work independently on night shifts are required.

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Long Term Care (LTC)

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a 13-week contract assignment in a Long Term Care (LTC) facility located in Decorah, Iowa. This is a full-time opportunity working night shifts (8-hour shifts) for a total of 40 hours per week.

The ideal candidate will have at least one (1) year of recent LTC experience and a strong commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate care to residents.

Schedule

Shift: Nights

Shift Length: 8 hours

Weekly Hours: 40 hours

Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care to residents in a long-term care setting

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

Monitor and document residents’ conditions and report changes to the RN or physician
