SNIPES is hiring an Assistant Manager to oversee store operations and staff when the Store Manager is absent. The role emphasizes leadership, merchandising, promotions, and customer service.

You will onboard, coach, and evaluate team performance, ensure compliance with policies, and support sales growth while maintaining visual standards and loss prevention measures. This is a full-time hourly position in DC.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• 2+ years retail leadership experience as an Assistant Manager or department role.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift 15–30 pounds.

Aufgaben

• Assist Store Manager to meet company standards for cleanliness and stockroom.
• Set up promotions with proper signing in a timely manner.
• Process register functions and ensure proper procedures are followed.
• Demonstrate timely execution and compliance of floor set guides and promotions.
• Direct and maintain merchandise presentation according to Visual Merchandising standards.
• Coach and monitor performance; drive sales and loss prevention.
