Job summary

TechDigital Group in Coppell, TX is seeking an experienced SnapLogic Platform Administrator to oversee the iPaaS environment, ensure security, reliability, and optimal performance across development and production. You will manage Cloudplex/Groundplex, implement RBAC/SSO/MFA, coordinate releases, and collaborate with developers, infrastructure, and stakeholders to deliver scalable integrations.

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced SnapLogic Platform Administrator to manage and support the SnapLogic Intelligent Integration Platform (iPaaS). The role involves platform administration, Snaplex management, environment governance, security administration, production support, monitoring, performance optimization, and release management. The administrator will collaborate with developers, architects, infrastructure teams, and business stakeholders to ensure reliable and secure integrations across enterprise applications and data platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Platform Administration

• Administer and maintain SnapLogic environments across Development, QA, UAT, and Production.
• Configure and manage Cloudplex and Groundplex environments.
• Manage Org settings, project spaces, shared folders, accounts, and environment configurations.
• Perform platform upgrades, patch deployments, and quarterly releases.

User & Security Management

• Create and manage users, groups, roles, and access permissions.
• Implement RBAC, SSO, MFA, and API authentication policies.
• Manage certificates, tokens, service accounts, and secure connections.
• Ensure compliance with organizational security standards and audit requirements.

Monitoring & Production Support

• Monitor Snaplex health, pipeline executions, and task schedules.
• Investigate and resolve platform incidents, connectivity issues, and pipeline failures.
• Support 24x7 production operations and on-call activities.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and preventive maintenance.

Deployment & Release Management

• Deploy and migrate pipelines across environments.
• Coordinate change management and release activities.
• Develop deployment schedules and maintain release documentation.
• Validate platform readiness before production implementation.

Performance Optimization

• Monitor CPU, memory, disk utilization, and pipeline performance.
• Analyse bottlenecks and optimize SnapLogic pipelines and tasks.
• Ensure platform scalability, reliability, and high availability.

Governance & Documentation

• Establish naming standards, operational procedures, and platform best practices.
• Maintain knowledge repositories, SOPs, and architecture documentation.
• Support audits and compliance reviews.

Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate with developers, architects, infrastructure teams, and vendors.
• Coordinate with SnapLogic support for product issues and enhancements.
• Provide technical guidance and operational support to project teams.
