Role Overview

We are seeking a Integration Manager who brings deep hands‑on expertise in SnapLogic and enterprise integration. This role requires a strong technical leader who can design scalable integration architectures, lead delivery teams, and evolve into a strategic technical manager. The ideal candidate will combine architectural thinking, hands‑on development capability, and team leadership experience to drive enterprise integration programs across cloud and on‑prem ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities

Architecture & Solution Design

• Lead end-to-end integration architecture using SnapLogic (batch, real-time, API‑led, event‑driven).
• Design scalable, secure, and reusable integration frameworks.
• Define enterprise integration standards, best practices, and governance models.
• Architect integrations with data sources such as Batch, File Systems, Streaming, etc. SaaS, PaaS, API.
• Lead API design and management initiatives.

Delivery & Team Management

• Lead a team of SnapLogic developers and integration engineers.
• Conduct technical discovery workshops with business and IT stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Own technical delivery commitments and ensure on‑time, high‑quality execution.
• Mentor junior and mid‑level engineers.

Stakeholder & Client Engagement

• Act as the technical point of contact for enterprise clients.
• Present architecture solutions to executive and technical stakeholders.
• Provide effort estimations and integration roadmaps.
