Job summary

Mondelēz International in the Dallas area is seeking a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to bring world-famous snacks to life in-store, stock shelves, and execute displays for our iconic brands.

You will place orders via iPad, maintain in-stock conditions with Salesforce, and build strong relationships with store personnel while delivering outstanding service to shoppers. A valid driver’s license and willingness to work early shifts are required.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Someone with a positive and professional attitude who is self-motivated and can work independently.
• Ability to drive your personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage to store locations.
• Ability to perform physical activities including lifting and moving product.
• Previous retail / grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25-35 miles range from the primary location: Dallas, TX.
• Secondary Location: Plano, TX.
• Schedule availability: Four weekdays and one weekend day; start by 5 am.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and positivity.
• Serve as the face of the company, delivering outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits following Merchandising Excellence standards, including capturing display photos.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility.
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with RTM plans.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by the RTM for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility merchandising events.
• Communicate store-level insights or opportunities to the RTM and management.
