Job summary

Mondelez International seeks a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to act as the face of iconic brands in retail environments. You will stock shelves, build displays, place orders via iPad, and implement promotions while maintaining in-stock conditions and strong store relationships.

Must be 18+, with a valid driver’s license, able to lift up to 25 lbs (50 lbs occasionally), and capable of independent work in a fast-paced setting. Travel to Rowlett and nearby stores will be routine.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license issued by the state of residence.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Positive, professional attitude with ability to work independently.
• Willingness to drive personal vehicle with insurance to multiple store locations.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 25 lbs and, occasionally, up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the face of Mondelēz, delivering outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits following DSD Merchandising Excellence, including capturing display photos via Salesforce.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support display visibility and execution.
• Place orders via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions for shelf and display.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with RTM-negotiated plans.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by RTM for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility merchandising events.
• Communicate store-level insights or issues to RTM and management.
• Stay safe and compliant, including lifting, bending, and moving product.
