Job summary

Mondelēz International in Pasadena, TX is hiring a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to bring our iconic brands to life in-store, stocking shelves, and building relationships with store personnel. The role emphasizes in-stock management, displays, and everyday merchandising excellence.

This frontline position requires starting by 5 am, physical stamina for lifting, and proficiency with iPad and Salesforce to place orders and document displays.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license.
• HS diploma or GED preferred.
• Self-motivated, professional, able to work independently.
• Ability to drive personal vehicle to store locations with valid insurance.
• Physically able to lift up to 25 lbs and push/pull over 50 lbs; move products from stock rooms to floor.
• Retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25-35 miles of Pasadena, TX.
• Schedule: Four weekdays and Saturday; Start by 5 am.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and positivity as the face of the brands.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits following DSD Merchandising Excellence; capture display photos via DMI.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility of brands.
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with RTM plans.
• Follow daily schedules and RTM priorities for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility merchandising events.
• Communicate store-level insights to RTM and management.
• Stay Safe & Compliant with lifting, bending, and moving products.
