Job summary

Mondelez International is seeking a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to bring world-famous snacks like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit to life in-store—stocking shelves, executing displays, and ensuring products are in stock and easy to find. Represent Mondelēz in-store, build retailer relationships, place orders via iPad, and capture display photos using DMI.

The role follows RTM plans and schedules to maximize visibility and drive sales.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Someone with a positive and professional attitude who is self-motivated and can work independently.
• Ability to drive your personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage to a variety of store locations (mileage will be reimbursed).
• Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced work environment and to meet physical activities like lifting up to 25 lbs, occasionally up to 50 lbs.
• Previous retail / grocery experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism, positivity, and excellence as you are the face of the brands.
• Serve as the face of the company, delivering outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits following Mondelēz’s DSD Merchandising Excellence, including capturing display photos via DMI.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility of our brands.
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions for shelf and display using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with RTM-negotiated plans with the stores.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by your RTM for efficient coverage among your retail team.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility merchandising events.
• Communicate store-level insights to your RTM and management team.
• Stay Safe & Compliant, including lifting and moving product.
