Job summary

Mondelēz International, a global snacking leader, seeks a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to bring Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit to life in retail settings. You will build relationships with store teams, stock shelves, execute displays, and ensure shelves are perfectly placed and in stock.

Your role includes store visits, photographing displays, ordering products via iPad, and coordinating with RTMs for promotional plans.

Qualifications

Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid REAL ID driver's license or U.S. passport or federal ID to access a military base facility.
High School Diploma or GED preferred.
Self-motivated and can work independently.
Ability to drive personal vehicle with valid insurance to store locations (mileage reimbursed).
Able to perform physical activities like lifting up to 25 lbs and moving products.

Responsibilities

Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and excellence as the face of iconic brands.
Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
Execute daily store visits following DSD Merchandising Excellence and capture display photos via DMI.
Build strong relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility of brands.
Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions using Salesforce.
Implement promotional displays and follow RTM-negotiated plans.
Communicate store-level insights and opportunities to RTM and management.
Support seasonal sales, product launches, and high-visibility merchandising events.
