Job summary

Mars Snacking Project Engineering Internship offers a 10-11 week summer program designed to provide deep exposure to real business problems and growth opportunities. interns will engage with project leads and teams across Chocolate, Gum/Mints, Fruity Confections, and Salty factories, gaining hands-on experience in continuous improvement and equipment upgrades.

Qualifications

• Involved engineering majors are encouraged to apply.
• Eligible students must be authorized to work in the U.S. for the duration of the internship.
• Open to rising seniors who will intern the summer before their final graduation date.

Responsibilities

• Lead or join a cross-functional project team for a continuous improvement initiative in a Mars factory.
• Assist with design upgrades and process improvements in packaging or production areas.
• Work with contractor groups to plan and execute project scope, including demolition, installation, or commissioning.
• Develop key competencies in driving results, taking action, and building networks for future opportunities.
