Qualifications

• Eligible candidates will intern the summer prior to their final graduation date.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
• Employment is contingent upon successful drug & background screening.
• Personal transportation to and from work site required during the internship.

Responsibilities

• Lead or assist a continuous improvement project in a confectionery factory.
• Collaborate with contractor groups to plan and execute demolition, installation, or commissioning.
• Develop competencies in Drives for Results, Action Oriented, and Build Networks for a future Mars career.
