Position: Snack Shop Attendant

Position Summary

The Snack Shop Attendant provides prompt, hospitable service to guests in a counter service setting.

Essential Functions

• Ensure compliance with operational standards, company policies, and applicable laws and ordinances.
• Demonstrate knowledge of the entire food and beverage menu and its preparation.
• Operate cash register accurately and efficiently.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Complete all relevant SOPs and systems in place.
• Adhere to safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Represent our culture by exercising good judgment, making the right decisions, and being a role model.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

Experience and Qualifications

• High School Diploma; 0-2 years related experience preferred.
