• Effective labor crewing for all positions per line.
• Place temporary personnel to cover attendance issues.
• Obtain and stage raw materials for the shift.
• Evaluate and receive bulk inventory ingredients.
• Produce product in accordance with the schedule.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, safety and food safety procedures.
• Oversee dough batching per formula specifications.
• Maintain proper line speed and product weight.
• Ensure correct color, bake and shape for scheduled products.
