Job summary

Ancient Crunch Inc. in Hackettstown, NJ is seeking a QA Technician to monitor and verify food safety, quality, and regulatory compliance across production.

This role conducts required testing, inspections, manages product holds, supports customer complaints investigations, and ensures compliance with GMP/FSMA standards. The Quality Associate/Technician will lead new initiatives as Ancient Crunch scales and will be required for 40 hours per week with Monday–Friday schedule and weekend

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Familiarity with GMP, HACCP and FSMA requirements.
• Experience with quality testing, inspections and data recording.

Responsibilities

• Test in-process and finished product for moisture, peroxide, and FFA.
• Inspect raw materials and ingredients upon receipt.
• Monitor production temperatures and allergen controls.
• Maintain QA logs and inspection records.
• Support investigations of customer complaints and CAPA actions.
• Perform calibration verification for QA equipment.
• Lead or support audits and compliance activities.
