Five StarBreaktime Solutions in MS, Ocean Springs, is seeking a Retail Route Merchandiser to stock vending machines and micro-markets, uphold store layouts, and build customer relationships on a multi-site route.

You will drive a company vehicle, restock shelves, and implement promotions while ensuring product freshness and inventory accuracy. This role suits self-motivated individuals who value safety and excellent service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Must consent to a drug screen and pre-employment background check.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Ability to lift, bend, stoop, and reach throughout the route.
• Must be 21 to meet DOT requirements.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise products according to store layouts and POGs.
• Roll-out promotions and gather customer feedback.
• Maintain established inventory levels for all products sold.
• Load and unload products in accordance with safety protocols.
• Drive the company vehicle to deliver merchandise.
• Maintain open communication with management regarding changes.
