Mondelēz International is seeking a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to represent iconic brands like Oreo and Chips Ahoy! in Oxnard, CA. You will perform in-store merchandising, stock shelves, build relationships with store staff, and process product orders via iPad using Salesforce.

This frontline role requires physical work, a valid REAL ID or passport, and the ability to start early, Monday–Friday with weekend opportunities. Mileage reimbursement and career advancement are offered.

Qualifications

• Must have valid REAL ID driver's license or U.S. passport.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs; occasional over 50 lbs.
• Live within 25-35 miles of Oxnard, CA.
• Schedule Mon–Fri with possible weekend work; 5 am start.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and a positive attitude as the face of the brands.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits following DSD Merchandising Excellence; capture display photos via DMI.
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility.
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with RTM plans.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities for efficient coverage among retail team.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility merchandising events.
• Communicate store-level insights or opportunities to RTM and management.
• Stay safe and compliant; handle lifting and movement of products.
