Job summary

Mondelēz International’s Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer role offers frontline retail responsibility for iconic brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit. You will manage in-store displays, stock shelves, and place orders to ensure products are always available.

This is a full-time position requiring reliability, physical effort, and travel within the Lake Forest/Orange County area. You will build relationships with store personnel, follow RTM plans, and support promotions

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license issued by your state
• Positive and professional attitude, self-motivated and able to work independently
• Ability to drive your personal vehicle with valid insurance to various store locations
• Ability to perform physical activities including lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs (and up to 50+ lbs on occasion)
• Retail/grocery experience is a plus
• Live within 25–35 miles of Lake Forest, CA
• Open availability including weekends; 6:00 AM start time

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and positivity
• Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers
• Execute daily store visits and capture display photos via DMI
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility
• Order product via iPad to keep shelves and displays in stock using Salesforce
• Implement promotional displays and ensure plan adherence with RTM
• Follow daily schedules and prioritize tasks for efficient coverage
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches and high-visibility events
• Communicate store-level insights or issues to RTM and management
• Stay safe and compliant, performing physical duties as required
