Job summary

Mondelēz International is hiring a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to manage in-store presentation of Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit. You will build relationships with store teams, stock shelves, and execute displays to ensure products are always available and well-promoted.

The role involves daily retail visits, using iPad/Salesforce for orders, following RTM plans, and supporting new product launches with safe, efficient merchandising.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with valid driver's license.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Must have own vehicle with valid insurance.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs and move up to 50 lbs.
• Retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25-35 miles of New Albany, IN
• Willing to travel to multiple listed locations
• Schedule: 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day
• Start time 7:00 am

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism, positivity, and a commitment to excellence as you are the face of these iconic brands/owner of the biscuit aisle.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits; capture display photos using DMI and Salesforce.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store personnel to support visibility of brands.
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions for shelf and display using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with RTM plans.
• Follow daily schedules assigned by RTM for efficient coverage with the retail team.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility merchandising events.
• Communicate store-level insights or opportunities to RTM and management.
• Stay safe and compliant; perform physical tasks as needed.
