Job summary

Mondelēz International seeks a Full-Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer to lead in-store execution for iconic brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy!, and Triscuit. You will build relationships with store teams, stock shelves, and execute displays to keep products visible and in stock.

The role requires early start times, driving within a 25–35 mile radius of Sierra Vista, AZ (Benson–Wilcox area), and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid REAL ID, U.S. passport, or federal ID.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Able to drive personal vehicle with valid insurance; mileage reimbursed.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 25 lbs and pushing/pulling up to 50 lbs.
• Retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25–35 miles of Sierra Vista, AZ; service area includes Benson–Wilcox, AZ.
• Schedule: Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri, Sat; 5:00 AM start; holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Represent Mondelēz in-store with professionalism and positivity as the face of the brands.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to store teams and shoppers.
• Execute daily store visits following DMI merchandising standards; capture display photos in Salesforce.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store personnel to support execution and visibility of brands.
• Order product via iPad to maintain in-stock conditions for shelf and display using Salesforce.
• Implement promotional displays and ensure compliance with RTM plans with stores.
• Follow daily schedules and priorities set by RTM for efficient coverage.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and high-visibility merchandising events.
• Communicate store-level insights, issues, or opportunities to RTM and management.
• Stay safe and compliant; handle lifting and moving product as needed.
