Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Food Science, Meat Science, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
• 2+ years of product development experience in food manufacturing or related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, especially across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and commercialize a product meeting all consumer, business, and manufacturing constraints.
• Develop and commercialize products that meet quality and regulatory constraints.
• Develop and execute a robust technical plan to manage and mitigate technical risk.
• Effectively manage projects to deliver against all critical milestones.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to take projects from ideation to commercialization.
