Job summary

Troon in Highland, UT is seeking a part-time Snack Bar Bartender/Beverage Cart Attendant for a seasonal 6-month role. You’ll serve beverages and light foods to members and guests at the snack bar and on the mobile cart, with focus on friendly service and compliance with club policies and state regulations.

Ideal candidates have bartending or food-service experience, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work weekends and holidays in a fast-paced, outdoor setting.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Previous bartending and/or food service experience preferred.
• Knowledge of beer, wine, and cocktails.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs and work in outdoor conditions when operating the beverage cart.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Must obtain and maintain any required alcohol service certifications per state law.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests in accordance with club policies and state regulations.
• Operate the mobile beverage cart, ensuring prompt and friendly service to golfers on the course.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the snack bar and beverage cart, including restocking supplies as needed.
• Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure compliance with health regulations.
• Engage with members and guests in a professional and friendly manner, enhancing their overall experience.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels, reporting shortages to management.
• Assist with special events and club functions as needed.
• Adhere to all club policies, including responsible alcohol service and dress code requirements.

Summary:

We are seeking a friendly, customer-focused Snack Bar Bartender/Beverage Cart Attendant to join our team.
