Qualifications

• Must be of legal age to sell and serve alcohol where required
• Experience in fast-paced hospitality or service industry
• Experience handling cash and credit card transactions
• Knowledge of liquor laws and ability to recognize signs of intoxication
• Knowledge of food preparation, storage and sanitation
• Knowledge of inventory control and theft prevention
• Ability to operate POS and kitchen equipment
• Basic math skills and accurate cash handling
• Physical requirements to perform essential functions as listed in policy
• Reasonable accommodations may be made for disabilities to perform duties

Responsibilities

• Serves food and beverage products to members and guests visiting the snack bar
• Prepares food according to supervisor's specifications and recipes
• Greets members and guests and responds to questions and concerns
• Assists selections by describing offerings and upselling where possible
• Delivers orders with proper presentation and accompaniments
• Manages cash drawer and balances daily
• Follows closing procedures and cleans equipment
• Ensures sanitation and safety standards are followed
• Verifies stock and assists with ordering as needed
• Completes opening and closing duties daily
• Receives deliveries and may assist other outlets as requested
• May train other snack bar attendants
• Supports all Golf initiatives and programs
