Job summary

Qualifications

• Current food handler and responsible beverage service certificates required.
• Must be of legal age to sell and serve alcoholic beverages (21+).
• Experience handling cash and credit card transactions.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule and multitask efficiently.
• Knowledge of liquor laws, procedures and policies.
• High School diploma or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Describe offerings and upsell where possible; relay orders to kitchen and enter orders.
• Deliver orders with garnishes; serve alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages.
• Process sales through the POS system.
• Maintain attractive displays and keep service areas clean; manage inventory.
• Mange cash and balance register at end of shift; inform management of shortages.
• Follow closing procedures and dress code, safety policies.
• Assist other outlets as requested by management.
• Assist in training other snack bar attendants.
• Other duties may be assigned by management.
