Job Description

1. Greet guests, take food and beverage orders, enter orders into Micros, complete transactions, and maintain an accurate bank.
2. Cook orders promptly (prep, grill, fry, carve, bake, prepare pizzas and sandwiches) following standard recipes.
3. Bag orders, prepare beverages, food trays, and wrap food items for convenience.
4. Adhere to all health codes (state, federal, OSHA) and company guidelines.
5. Operate all snack bar equipment as necessary.
6. Maintain a clean and organized work area.
7. Restock food, beverages, condiments, and supplies from the kitchen or stockroom.
8. Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
9. Relay guest feedback to the supervisor.
10. Perform miscellaneous duties as directed by management.
11. Must be at least 21 years old.
12. Prior food handling experience preferred.
13. Excellent customer service skills required.
14. Ability to sit, walk, grasp, bend, lift, reach, pull, push, kneel, squat, and stand for entire shift.
15. Lift and maneuver up to 40 lbs.
16. High school diploma or GED preferred.
17. Knowledge of payment methods (cash, credit, coupons, gift certificates) preferred.
18. Obtain/maintain necessary licenses or certifications.
