Job summary

Arcis Golf is seeking a friendly Team Member at Signature of Solon Country Club in Solon, OH. You will assist guests with food and beverage choices, handle payments, and help maintain clean, well-organized service areas across the course and facilities.

Qualifications

• Guest-focused service with ability to make recommendations and explain specials.
• Cash handling in line with prescribed procedures.
• Verify age for alcohol service to ensure compliance.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of cart, snack bar, and facilities.
• Assist with cart setup and breakdown to support course operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with food and beverage selections and recommendations.
• Take payments for beverages and snacks following cash procedures.
• Ensure alcohol is not dispensed to anyone under 21.

• Maintain beverage and snack quality and service standards, and contribute to overall cleanliness and organization of cart, snack bar, golf course, and facilities
• Perform cart setup and breakdown procedures
