Job summary

Arcis Golf Mansfield club is seeking a friendly Team Member to assist guests with food and beverage selections and ensure high service standards on site. You will handle orders, take payments, and help maintain clean and welcoming facilities across the cart, snack bar, and course.

Ideal candidates bring excellent communication and strong customer service experience, along with a willingness to learn. Competitive wages and a supportive team environment are offered.

• Ability to promote beverages and food items effectively.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with food and beverage selections, including recommendations and specials.
• Take payments for beverages and snacks using prescribed cash procedures.
• Ensure alcohol service complies with age restrictions (21+).
• Maintain beverage/ snack quality and keep cart, bar, and facilities clean and organized.
• Perform cart setup and breakdown procedures.

• Assist guests with food and beverage selections: make recommendations, inform of current specials, promote food and beverage products
• Take payments for beverages and snacks utilizing prescribed cash procedures
• Ensure the alcoholic beverages are not dispenses to people under the age of 21
• Maintain beverage and snack quality and service standards, and contribute to overall cleanliness and organization of cart, snack bar, golf course, and facilities
• Perform cart setup and breakdown procedures
