The Snack Bar Attendant performs duties within a fast food/snack bar environment, including customer transactions, cleaning, assisting in the kitchen, and inventory management. This non-exempt position typically reports to the Store Manager.

Essential Functions:

1. Greet customers, take orders, provide menu information, and upsell products.
2. Operate cash register, handle payments, and follow cash handling policies.
3. Clean and stock work areas.
4. Assist with verifying transactions and operate electronic data processing equipment.
5. Help with kitchen-related tasks as needed.
6. Receive inventory, move and lift food and supplies, and maintain product knowledge.
7. Follow proper food handling procedures, including wrapping, labeling, dating, stocking, storing, rotating, and temperature checks.
8. Sanitize workstations and equipment.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Ability to interact positively with the public and coworkers.
• Ability to bend, twist, stand, and lift over 40 lbs.
• Ability to read, understand instructions, and communicate effectively with customers.
• Cash handling and customer service experience preferred.
