Responsibilities

A successful bartender will be fully knowledgeable of the food, beer, wine, and spirits offered.

Bartenders are expected to attempt to limit problems and liability related to customers' excessive drinking.

Guest service is of the utmost importance. We take pride in our guests and the service we give them on a daily basis. We hope that with your help we can reach the next level of customer service.

Bartenders should expect to create drink recipes, stock the bar and maintain a clean work station.

Bartenders should be able to build a positive rapport with our guests.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent.
• Open availability. Must be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• GAMING SERVERS and BARTENDERS MUST BE 21 YEARS OLD!!!
• Must provide evidence of employment eligibility in the U.S.
• Must be able to pass a mandatory drug test and criminal background check.

Physical and mental qualifications

• Must be able to lift and carry tools, supplies, and inventory up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to walk, stand, and bend at neck for 6 or more hours a day.
• Position will require repetitive use of hands for the following actions; simple and power grasping, fine manipulation, pushing & pulling and reaching for entire shift.
• Position may require exposure to excessive noise, exposure to dust, gas, flames, chemicals, exposure to extremes in temperature, humidity or wetness.
