Encanto Golf Course is excited to announce an exceptional career opportunity for a Snack Bar Attendant. Qualified candidates will thrive in a hospitality environment and focus on providing superior service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities of the Snack Bar Attendant:
  1. Attend to guests promptly, efficiently, and personally.
  2. Prepare and serve food and beverage items.
  3. Maintain an organized and clean work area.
  4. Control inventory through careful use and monitoring of all food and beverage products.
  5. Receive deliveries and ensure proper storage.
  6. Report supply needs to the department manager.
  7. Stock and inventory products.
  8. Respond to customer questions about the facility.
  9. Support food servers and beverage cart attendants to ensure excellent service.
  10. Stay updated on applicable liquor laws and operating procedures.
  11. Communicate guest concerns immediately to the Director of Food and Beverage and Chef.
  12. Review schedule, events, and activities daily.
  13. Process purchases using EZLinks POS system.
  14. Handle cash and check transactions responsibly.
  15. Follow safe work practices.
  16. Perform other duties as required.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • No experience necessary; training provided.
  • Must meet age requirements for serving alcohol and have a Certified Food Handler's Card.
Other Qualifications:
  • Reliable attendance.
  • Experience with POS systems.
  • Comfortable with bartending and cooking, including use of kitchen equipment such as grills, flattops, and fryers.
