Job Description Summary

As a Snack Bar Attendant, you are responsible for delivering prompt, courteous, and efficient food service to guests while maintaining high standards of quality, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction. This role supports a positive guest experience by preparing and serving menu items, processing transactions accurately, and ensuring the Snack Bar is clean, organized, and well-stocked always.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all menu items, ingredients, pricing, and service standards
• Greet and assist guests in a courteous, professional, and timely manner
• Prepare food and beverage items according to established recipes, presentation standards, and guest requests
• Ensure all menu items are properly garnished and presented before serving
• Accurately process cash, credit card, and other payment transactions while following cash-handling procedures
• Clear, clean, sanitize, and reset workstations, dining areas, and service areas throughout the shift
• Assist fellow Snack Bar Attendants as needed to ensure efficient operations and a positive guest experience
• Maintain a professional, friendly, and composed demeanor when interacting with guests and team members
• Monitor inventory levels; restock supplies, food products, condiments, and beverages as needed
• Maintain stocked ice bins and ensure all service areas are clean, organized, and adequately supplied
• Adhere to all company policies, health department regulations, food safety standards, and sanitation procedures
• Provide outstanding customer service to guests and support fellow team members in achieving operational goals
• Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations, if they apply to the position
• Provide outstanding guest service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members that meets the company’s guest service culture standards
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous cash handling experience preferred
• Prior experience in a same or similar role preferred
• Previous experience working in a team or group environment
• Ability to understand questions and instructions from supervisors and co-workers
• Able to interact with guests in a professional and courteous manner
• Ability to functionally communicate occupational-based English, both written and verbal

Requirements

• At least 16 years of age
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Ability to effectively communicate in English, both written and verbal
• Obtain and maintain all work cards as required by the company
• Verify right to work in the United States

Physical Requirements

• Frequently push/pull up to 50lbs.
• Frequently lift and/or carry up to 50lbs. at floor, knee, waist, and chest levels
