Job summary

Golden Pahrump Nugget, LLC is seeking a Bartender to mix and serve beverages per recipes, while prioritizing guest service and cleanliness in a fast-paced casino setting.

You will handle bar duties, stock and prep, and work with team members to ensure smooth beverage operations and compliance with safety and gaming regulations.

Qualifications

• 1 year of bartending experience in a high-volume bar.
• Basic knowledge of common drink recipes and proper pour measurements.
• Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks accurately in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and courteous guest service consistent with the company’s guest service culture.
• Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following established recipes and procedures; assist with food and beverage service when needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar area, including bar tops and line equipment.
• Refill and stock garnishes, glassware, and bar supplies.
• Follow proper cash handling, comp, and POS procedures.
• Maintain sound and music levels as directed by management.
• Ensure compliance with gaming laws and company controls, Title 31, and applicable regulations.
• Provide outstanding guest service in a timely manner to guests and team members.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

• Provide timely and courteous guest service consistent with the company’s guest service culture
• Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following established recipes and procedures, while also providing food and beverage service in accordance with venue standards when working in restaurant or lounge environments that offer food items
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar area, including bar tops, and line equipment
• Refill and stock garnishes, glassware, and bar supplies
• Follow proper cash handling, comp, and POS (Info Genesis) procedures
• Maintain sound and music levels as directed by management
• Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations, if they apply to the position
• Provide outstanding guest service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members that meets the company’s guest service culture standards
• Perform other duties as assigned

• At least 21 years of age
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Ability to effectively communicate in English, both written and verbal
• Obtain and maintain all work cards as required by the company
• Verify right to work in the United States
