Job summary

Golden Pahrump Nugget, LLC is hiring a Food & Beverage Attendant to support daily operations in the F&B department by taking orders, preparing and serving menu items, and ensuring accuracy in POS transactions. You will contribute to excellent guest service, maintain sanitation standards, and keep the dining area clean and welcoming for guests and team members.

The role requires at least basic cash handling experience, strong communication, and reliability in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 6 months of experience in a high-volume, fast-paced food and beverage environment preferred.
• Previous cash handling and customer service experience.
• Prior experience with Infogenesis or similar POS systems preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks accurately in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to work as part of a team.
• Committed to fostering a respectful, inclusive, and safety-conscious work environment.
• Ability to access and input information using a moderately complex computer system.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and courteous guest service consistent with the company’s guest service culture
• Take food and beverage orders, prepare drinks, and ensure items are served accurately and efficiently
• Follow all cash handling and POS system procedures, including processing comps and managing cash drops
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation, dining area, and FOH equipment per Health Department and company guidelines
• Receive and stock warehouse orders, ensuring all items are properly labeled and stored.
• Ensure adequate shift supplies including POS ribbons, comp paper, envelopes, and receipt paper
• Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations, if they apply to the position
• Provide outstanding guest service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members that meets the company’s guest service culture standards
• Perform other duties as assigned

Summary

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Ability to effectively communicate in English, both written and verbal
• Obtain and maintain all work cards as required by the company
• Verify right to work in the United States
