This role supports a positive guest experience by preparing and serving menu items, processing transactions accurately, and ensuring the Snack Bar is clean, organized, and well-stocked always.**Job Description:****Essential Functions and Responsibilities*** Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all menu items, ingredients, pricing, and service standards* Greet and assist guests in a courteous, professional, and timely manner* Prepare food and beverage items according to established recipes, presentation standards, and guest requests* Ensure all menu items are properly garnished and presented before serving* Accurately process cash, credit card, and other payment transactions while following cash-handling procedures* Clear, clean, sanitize, and reset workstations, dining areas, and service areas throughout the shift* Assist fellow Snack Bar Attendants as needed to ensure efficient operations and a positive guest experience* Maintain a professional, friendly, and composed demeanor when interacting with guests and team members* Monitor inventory levels; restock supplies, food products, condiments, and beverages as needed* Maintain stocked ice bins and ensure all service areas are clean, organized, and adequately supplied* Adhere to all company policies, health department regulations, food safety standards, and sanitation procedures* Provide outstanding customer service to guests and support fellow team members in achieving operational goals* Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations, if they apply to the position* Provide outstanding guest service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members that meets the company's guest service culture standards* Perform other duties as assigned**Qualifications*** Previous cash handling experience preferred* Prior experience in a same or similar role preferred* Previous experience working in a team or group environment* Ability to understand questions and instructions from supervisors and co-workers* Able to interact with guests in a professional and courteous manner* Ability to functionally communicate occupational-based English, both written and verbal**Requirements*** At least 16 years of age* High School Diploma or equivalent preferred* Ability to effectively communicate in English, both written and verbal* Obtain and maintain all work cards as required by the company* Verify right to work in the United States**Work Cards*** None**Physical Requirements*** Frequently push/pull up to 50lbs.* Frequently lift and/or carry up to 50lbs. at floor, knee, waist, and chest levels* Regularly squat, kneel, reach, bend, twist* Frequently standing and walking* Ability to communicate using in-person speech, radios, and telephone* Ability to hear, understand, and distinguish speech and/or other sound in person* Ability to distinguish between shades of color* Ability to use tools or equipment requiring a high degree of dexterity**Work Environment Potential Conditions*** Indoor* Outdoor* Smoky* Noisy* Extreme hot & cold temperatures* Slippery surfaces* Exposure to dust, fumes and/or gases**Disclaimer**The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to this classification.
