Job summary

Golden Pahrump Nugget, LLC is seeking a Slot Attendant to deliver friendly casino floor service, handle jackpots, vouchers, and minor repairs. You’ll monitor slots, assist guests, and maintain accurate cash handling with strong attention to security and policy compliance.

This role emphasizes efficient guest interaction, teamwork, and adherence to gaming regulations within a dynamic, high-energy environment on the casino floor.

Qualifications

• 6 months of experience in a guest service or casino operations role preferred.
• Ability to multitask and maintain professionalism in a high-paced environment.
• Experience handling cash and using computer systems, radios, or scanners.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to work as part of a team.
• Must be at least 21 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely, courteous guest service on the casino floor and assist with amenities.
• Monitor assigned slot sections, keep areas clean and welcoming.
• Process jackpots, redeem ticket vouchers, and perform minor machine repairs.
• Refill printer vouchers, inspect currency, and enter jackpot data accurately.
• Maintain a currency bank and follow money-handling procedures.
• Communicate with team via radio to ensure smooth operations and report irregularities.
• Adhere to all gaming laws, internal controls, and safety policies.
