Job summary

Crawford County Mental Health Center seeks a QMHP to lead SMVF care, coordinating clinical services and working with Veteran peers, case managers, and community partners. You will deliver trauma-informed care and ensure comprehensive assessment, treatment planning, and documentation for Veterans and their Families.

Qualified candidates must hold Kansas licensure and demonstrate experience with trauma-informed approaches and interagency collaboration.

Qualifications

• Licensed clinical professional required in Kansas; current credentials must be maintained.
• Experience with veterans and military culture preferred.
• Strong collaboration with care teams and partners in a trauma-informed framework.

Responsibilities

• Lead assessment and diagnostic interviews to determine treatment needs and plan interventions.
• Develop and monitor comprehensive treatment plans with 90-day reviews.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy and document services promptly.
• Oversee utilization management and ensure medically necessary care.
• Coordinate with VA programs, VSOs, MTFs and community partners to support SMVF clients.
