Qualifikationen

• Applicants must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have valid driver's license.
• Certification in the State of Kansas to provide this service is required.
• Annual training may also be required.
• Experience working with emotionally disturbed children.

Aufgaben

• Assist in assessment of needs assigned consumers.
• Assist consumers in accessing community-based resources.
• Provide transportation to consumers when indicated.
• Assist consumers in tasks related to treatment plan goals.
• Maintain close physical proximity with assigned consumer during group sessions.
• Assist client to participate in group sessions and intervene as needed.
• Participate in activities to role model appropriate behavior.
• Teach and provide interventions for life skills in-group settings.
• Attend meetings and supervision as directed by supervisor.
• Maintain proper documentation of time and services.
• Ensure services such as Psychosocial Rehabilitation, Crisis Intervention, and Attendant Care are delivered.
