Qualifications

• Reading and interpreting schematics and process docs.
• Must meet IPC/J-STD-001 Class 3 requirements or equivalent.
• Strong communication and ability to follow procedures with flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Operate SMT equipment including flying probe, x-ray, rose, and selective soldering.
• Assemble and inspect electronics per IPC/J-STD requirements.
• Read drawings and process documents; maintain 5S in work cells.
