Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience.
• 1 year SMT manufacturing experience.
• 1 year equipment handling experience.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds as needed.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate SMT equipment including screen printers and pick-and-place machines.
• Load and verify components according to work orders and production requirements.
• Perform machine changeovers and verify setups for production runs.
• Troubleshoot SMT equipment and process issues to keep production running.
• Monitor machine performance and adjust as necessary.
• Inspect circuit boards to ensure quality standards.
• Read and follow work instructions and production documentation.
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
• Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams to meet goals.
• Follow safety, ESD, and quality procedures at all times.
