Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent education/experience required.
• 1 year SMT manufacturing experience required.
• 1 year manufacturing equipment experience required.
• Basic computer skills and teamwork abilities required.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lb.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate SMT equipment (printers, pick-and-place, reflow ovens).
• Load/verify components per work orders and production requirements.
• Perform machine changeovers and verify setups for runs.
• Troubleshoot SMT equipment and process issues to keep production running.
• Monitor machine performance and adjust as needed.
• Inspect boards to meet quality standards.
