Job summary

SoundOff-Signal is seeking a manufacturing-focused professional to support production processes and continuous improvement initiatives. The role collaborates with Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, and Operations to optimize SMT, AOI, SPI operations and line changeovers.

The candidate will help develop standard work, assist in root-cause analysis, and manage setups for production runs while maintaining strong attention to detail and communication throughout the shift.

Qualifications

• Requires high attention to detail and strong communication skills.
• Experience in manufacturing environments and cross-functional coordination.
• Familiar with SMT, AOI, SPI, and line changeovers.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and lean manufacturing principles.

Responsibilities

• Support Manufacturing Processes and coordinate with Manufacturing Engineering, Operations, Quality and Materials.
• Provide First-Responder support for production issues and develop standard work.
• Assist with root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Perform setups, line changeovers, and handle incoming reels in SMT as needed.
