Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop, evaluate, and improve SMT manufacturing processes for efficiency, quality, and cost.
• Implement and maintain process control systems and best practices in SMT manufacturing.
• Collaborate with design, QA, and production to optimize process integration.
• Analyze production data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to minimize downtime.
• Assist in designing, selecting, and installing new equipment for expansions.
• Train and mentor staff to ensure adherence to standards.
• Conduct regular process audits and risk assessments to ensure compliance.
