This position requires a meticulous and experienced engineer capable of collaborating within a fast-paced production setting to spearhead process enhancements and effectively address any technical challenges. The role involves not just maintaining existing processes, but also innovating new techniques and strategies to meet the evolving demands of the industry, particularly within the niche of PCB manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

• - Develop, evaluate, and improve SMT manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
• - Implement and maintain rigorous process control systems and establish best practices within SMT manufacturing.
