Job summary

M A K S Incorporated is seeking an Electronics Process Engineer to join our team. You will develop, implement, and optimize SMT processes for PCB assembly, supporting new-product introductions, equipment programming, and process documentation.

You will work with production and quality teams to improve yield, efficiency, and uptime, while ensuring IPC standards and customer requirements are met. Strong problem-solving and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

Degree in electrical engineering or equivalent field with experience.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Control and improve the manufacturing process for circuit board assembly.
Program and support SMT Equipment (AOI, Automatic Pick & Place, Stencil Printer etc...).
Work closely with the team of engineers to hone processes.
Keep detailed records of all findings, changes, and modifications.
Train operators, maintain process documentation.
