Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in process improvement preferred.
• Experience in SMT technology development and product introduction.
• Experience in stencil design and SMT manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and validate SMT stencil based on customer documents.
• Establish operation standards for each workstation.
• Analyze SMT process defects and propose corrective actions.
• Verify device parameters to meet customer requirements.
• Train operators to standardize processes.
• Provide technical support for MP issues.

Skills

Flexible application of Cam350 & CAD software

Familiar with SMT technology

Familiar with environmental reliability testing method

4‑years of high school or Associate degree or higher

Job description

Purpose of the position

• Yield improvement for critical process, include SMT and UF process.
• Development and optimization of production management system.
• Creation and validation of standardized operating procedures.
• Process development and troubleshooting.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop and validate SMT stencil based on customer documents.
• Establish operation standards for each workstation, improve training documents, analyze SMT defects through big data stratification.
• Analysis of SMT process defect, identify root causes of issues, develop effective corrective actions, and timely report results to senior management and customers.
• Verify that the device parameters are defined to meet the customer requirements.
• Train operators to standardize processes.
• Propose new design concept solution and provide technical support for the MP issue fix.

Education and work experience

4‑years of high school or Associate degree or higher academic qualifications.

Possess one of the following experiences preferred

• More than 3 years of process improvement experience.
• Experience in SMT technology development and new product introduction within the industry.
• Experience in stencil design and SMT manufacturing work.
