Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience on Mycronic or similar equipment.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to read PCB layouts and work instructions.
• Basic computer skills for record-keeping and monitoring.
• Understanding of electronics manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and load SMT machines and run production.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose errors, adjust machines for accuracy.
• Clean and maintain equipment and workspace.
• Record production data, defects, and machine performance.
• Collaborate with engineers, quality teams and production supervisors to keep the line running.
