Adecco Staffing is partnering with a local manufacturer in Warwick, RI seeking an SMT operator on 1st shift. The hours will be 7AM-3:30PM M-F with a pay range of $27-$32 depending on experience. Immediate opening for an experienced SMT operator.

Qualifications

• Must be computer literate and comfortable working with menu driven equipment software.
• Capable of completing assignments with minimum guidance.
• Dependable and efficient with strong communication skills.
• Knowledge of J-STD/IPC standards.
• Knowledge of component identification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years SMT experience, preferably with MyData equipment.
• Certified IPC Specialist and/or proven ability to meet qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Produce and submit 1st piece for approval.
• Operate process equipment effectively to produce high quality.
• Inspect own work, detect defect trends and maintain high quality levels.
• Hand placement of components.

Job Description

Pay Details: $27.00 to $32.00 per hour
